We always want to look best for beach season! And here it comes! Summer along with it, that beautiful, sun kissed skin. But summer could be a dangerous time for our skin. Heat, wind, dust, and excessive sun exposure, can easily damage its delicate cells and pores. In the summer, our skin needs especially careful and thorough care, whenever we are choosing makeup, creams, soaps, and also- food that we place on our plates. Here are some best summer skin care tips:
1. Choose the right foods. Include Omega 3 fatty acids to your nutrition. Remember that good looking skin is a reflection of what you put in your tummy.
2. Continue to drink lots of water, even though you may not be thirsty. It is natural to drink the right amount of water during the summer to rehydrate.
3. The secret of looking cool and fresh lies in the cleansing routines. You should never go to bed with makeup on.
4. Try a natural body scrub. For clean and glowing skin, use a scrub made of equal amounts of corn flour and honey, once a week. A great, easy exfoliating treatment for your face is to use a little honey and a little sugar mixed together. The will moisturize your face while the sugars natural acids gently exfoliate without creating microscopic tears in your delicate skin.
5. Out with the old- Buy a new sunscreen. Throw away last year’s unused sunscreen for a new bottle.
